When I first started this site I was unsure about what I was going to write about…hell I was unsure if I was even going to be able to have enough content to keep the bloggers happy. But I continued. This was something that I’ve been meaning to do for quite some time and was really something that I wanted to focus on for this blog. I want to set out and create a consistent set of things that people can refer to time and time again to get inspiration for their fitness needs and this is why this site was made. This is something that I’ve been wanting to do for a while and ever since I can remember I’ve had a natural proclivity to writing and working on things related to fitness. I was first introduced to fitness at a young age and it’s stuck with me ever since. This is something that I recommend to everyone involved and I think that if you’re trying to get in shape going out and seeing what other people are doing is a great idea.


I think that if you’re using different sports as a means to get through life then you’ve got some great coping mechanisms set up and are really going to go through life with ease. This is something that I later discovered but have to thank my wonderful parents for starting me out on this path so long ago. This is always something that I’ve wanted to do and think that if you’re looking for a great way to get out and get involved with the people around you doing some kind of sport is a great way to go through and get this done.


You’ve got to stick to your goals though and that’s something that’s always been tough with me. I’ve always loved going out and trying everything out but when it came down to drilling down and choosing something I always had trouble. I think this is something that more people will have to develop an ear for but if you’re on the same wavelength as me then you’ll understand. I think that overtime things like this have become very important and you really want to make sure your kids or YOU are involved in some type of activity like this as often as possible. Not only did joining sports set me out on the path of fitness and really enlarge my horizons at a young age I was really able to get out there and interact with the other kids. This built a strong team-building character ethic within me and is something that I’ve used throughout my life since.


I think that it was this proclivity for fitness that got me on the path to writing things like this and I’m really glad that I was finally able to go out and actually start writing more articles about this because I know this is a really important topic that is going to take some time to cover. I mean where does one even start? Lol, there are a lot of different things to write about when it came to my site which is why I decided to just go broad with it and choose what I wanted under the “health land” moniker. I think this gave my site enough breadth to actually cover the topics that I wanted but not so narrow that I couldn’t add more ideas on later. I think this is something that everyone would benefit from and would really look forward to hearing back from you guys on this article and my future articles and how well you’re liking them. I think getting this line of communication going with the people that I’m writing to is important for a lot of different reasons and at the end of the day is going to provide better content for the people I’m writing to.


This is something that you’ve got to get used to but once you start just hold on for dear life because you’re about to set yourself out on a journey that you’d never have expected to get yourself into. You’ve really got to make sure that you’re investing in your health along the line too and are always putting the best foods inside you. This is another thing that I always talk about and is a big reason that I do the things that I do. I think a healthy balanced diet is key to MANY things in life and is just one more reason I do the things I do. I think that eating healthy not only is NECESSARY but is productive in getting you healthier faster and is something that you should definitely give a try. If you’re not a health person then you might want to consider becoming one because after you see all the benefits of eating healthy you won’t be questioning me I promise.


This is something that I’ve been doing pretty consistently for about three years now and I really think that this had made all the difference in my workouts. This is something that I had to experiment with over time but now I’m at a point where it’s really starting to pay off and I can’t be happier. I think this is all inter-related and interconnected through HEALTH and is why I decided to chalk up and start writing articles like this.
